Britney Spears former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, has reportedly sued the star claiming sexual harassment and that she abused her children. But Kevin Federline is coming to his ex-wife's defense.

According to TMZ, Flores claims Britney "savagely" hit her children with a belt. Kevin is speaking out, through his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, saying the claims are "baseless."

Kaplan says the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services investigated Flores' allegations and determined they had no merit.
