LeAnn Rimes is Out of Rehab and Attends 'Batman Live' L.A. Premiere With Hubby Eddie Cibrian
One month ago, LeAnn Rimes checked herself into rehab to seek help for anxiety and stress issues, but the Grammy winner is now out of treatment and recently had family time with her husband Eddie Cibrian and her two stepsons.
The foursome were seen at the Batman Live L.A. premiere having fun and goofing off for the cameras.
Before leaving for the event, LeAnn showed her excitement for the film and Tweeted a pic of herself wearing cat ears and wrote, "Channeling my inner Cat Woman for Batman Live."
The 30-year-old's rep told US Weekly, the singer wanted to voluntarily enter the in-patient treatment facility "to learn and develop coping mechanisms" for upsetting and tense situations, but a source said it was really because "LeAnn makes herself sick with worry about Eddie carousing. It's all become too much for her."
LeAnn met Eddie while he was still married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville, 39 and she was married to dancer Dean Sheremet, 31, but that didn't stop the two from engaging in a torrid affair in 2009 and her music career hasn't gone the way she's wanted since.
"After the cheating scandal, her career was never the same -- and she is still faced with so much criticism," an insider told Us. "She thought it would go away, but it hasn't."
"LeAnn has a lot of anguish over how her career turned out and feels she should be as big as Taylor Swift or Carrie Underwood."
In addition, LeAnn is worried Eddie will not be faithful to her.
"She's afraid Eddie will always be a cheater. She keeps reading rumors about Eddie cheating on her and has started believing them."
The country singer is currently finishing up her 12th album which is titled Spitfire.
