Leighton Meester Files Suit Against Her Mom for Buying Botox Instead of Helping Her Brother?
Leighton Meester has filed a lawsuit against her own mother for allegedly using a $7,500 a month fund she set up for her brother's medical needs on her own Botox and other beauty services instead.
According to E! News, Leighton filed a lawsuit that claims her mother, Constance, refuses to work so Leighton has been sending $7,500 a month home to provide medical help for her younger bother, Lex.
But Constance allegedly has been using the money on Botox, plastic surgery and hair extensions for herself instead.
"Constance refuses to work," Leighton's attorneys state in the documents. "Instead, Constance expects her daughter to support her financially."
"Leighton recently discovered that Constance has been using the money for her own personal benefit" including "plastic surgery on her face and stomach, Botox injections for her face, fillers for her hands and hair extensions."
The Gossip Girl also alleges in the lawsuit that Constance tried to get her to agree to an oral contract that she would send her $10,000 a month for life.
After Leighton heard her mother was using the money for her brother on herself, she reportedly cut all payments off.
Constance then threatened Leighton with a $3 million lawsuit.
Leighton is asking a judge to declare there never was a contract between her and her mother stating in the documents, "Leighton never agreed to pay Constance any amount of money, let alone financially support Constance for the rest of her life."
The actresses' mother infamously gave birth to Leighton while she was serving time in federal prison for her involvement in a drug smuggling ring.
