LiLo Court Watch: Not Charged for Drinking; Sued Again
The situation at Lindsay Lohan's court ruling has been bittersweet so far. Luckily, the judge ruled she will not allow the prosecutor to present evidence that Lindsay was drinking after the MTV Movie Awards on June 7; however, while the court was in recess, Lindsay was sued, again!
Judge Marsha Revel has ruled that LiLo's DUI violation hearing is now exclusively about whether Lindsay violated probation by not attending enough alcohol ed classes at the time of the last hearing, TMZ reports.

The judge also shot down dad Michael Lohan's attempt to address the court, but said she will accept a letter from him.

Unfortunately, Lindsay was reportedly nailed with another law suit at the courthouse when she was on her way to Judge Revel's courtroom.

The process server for a company called Tough As Nails issued Lindsay with papers and told TMZ Lindsay "freaked out," and ordered people around her to get the guy out of the elevator and away from her.

The process server told TMZ he attempted to hand Lindsay the papers but she would not take them so he dropped them on the elevator floor, by her feet.

Currently in the courtroom, witnesses from the alcohol ed program, Agency Right On Programs INC., are currently being called on the stand to testify.

The Office Manager at the Right On program testified that the owners of the program were well aware that the judge wanted Lindsay to attend class once a week, which she did not.
