Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 90 days in a lockdown rehab facility in a plea deal in her latest court case. It had been thought the actress would have chosen to go to trial but a last minute agreement has been struck.

LiLo was also sentenced to 5 days in jail for reckless driving but she won't have to serve the time behind bars and instead it will be folded into her time in the treatment facility. So she has once again avoided time behind bars.

In addition, the troubled starlet will have to undertake 30 days of community labor and a term of psychotherapy.

Lindsay also had to admit to the probation violation, stemming from her jewelry theft case, which came about when she lied to police officers about being behind the wheel of a Porsche when she was involved in a car accident last summer. She pleaded no contest in the charges against her.

Lindsay won't serve any time behind bars if she does everything she's been told to do. The judge also advised the starlet not to drive. Sounds like good advice to us.

However, Lindsay looked very pale in court and like she hadn't had much rest and, at the time, seemed like she was about to fall asleep.

The 26-year-old was 48 minutes late to court after missing a couple of commercial flights from New York to Los Angeles and managed to get onto a private jet at the last minute but it still made her very tardy for court.

Do you think rehab is the best for Lindsay or should she have been given jail time. Let us know what you think below or tweet us @OKMagazine!
