Lindsay Lohan Tests Positive for Alcohol; Goes Back Into Court

To say that Lindsay Lohan is having a bad year would be an understatement. Just last week the troubled star tested positive for alcohol which only means one thing: Today she has to appear in front of an L.A. County Superior Court Judge!

TMZ reports that Lindsay was tested twice last week. She tested positive for one test and negative for the other. One of the tests was taken right after she had a barbecue rooftop party.It should be stated, however, she did test negative for drugs on both tests.

As for where this leads Lindsay? Right back into court, unfortunately. This morning the L.A. County Probation Department is apparently going to ask the judge to pull her out of house arrest and put her back into the slammer!

Actually, back in May the Probation Department tried to have Lindsay take the two tests but her lawyer refused and claimed it wasn't part of her probation. Technically, it was part of her probation, hence the two recent tests and her situation right now.
