Michael Lohan Takes Paternity Test on TV Show and Confirms He's the Father to a 17-Year-Old Girl
Lindsay Lohan has a new half-sister to get to know.
Her father Michael Lohan is stepping up to take parental responsibility for a child he had 17 years ago, but he's doing so publicly of course.
He had an affair in 1995 with a woman named Kristi Horn who later had a child, Ashley, and for a long time she tried to get Michael to pay child support, but he refused, the Daily Mail reports.
He did however, write Ashley a letter in 2005 promising to help her get started in the entertainment industry, but he didn't meet her until recently.
After years of disputing over whether or not he's the biological dad, he went on Trisha, a new NBC talk show hosted by Trisha Goddard to take a DNA test which proved he was the father of 17-year-old Ashley Horn.
They met for the first time on the show and Ashley didn't seem so happy about Michael being her father.
She said, "I don't want to be part of the Lohan train-wreck."
