Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have talked seriously about starting a family — good news for Kim, who has made no secret of her baby cravings. “Kids are definitely something I want,” she revealed this past month, and on another occasion, “I want to be married with two parents in the house to raise the kids.”

That dream may be elusive: A range of issues has tossed the Kim-Kanye romance into rocky seas — so much so that Kim fears that if she becomes pregnant she may wind up a single mother.
“She’s scared to raise a baby alone,” a Kardashian family insider tells OK!. “Otherwise, she’d have had one without a husband by now.” Kanye’s ultimatum She may have no choice.
According to a source, the outspoken, notoriously headstrong Kanye “flat-out told Kim that if she doesn’t make some changes, he will dump her.” For one thing, the megastar rapper and budding fashion designer is not anxious to play a supporting role in the family’s reality-TV empire.

“He’s laid down the law when it comes to her show,” the source tells OK!. “Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner, is constantly trying to get Kanye to do appearances, and he thinks the show is beneath him.
“He’s frustrated because he feels like he totally revived Kim’s reputation when it was rock bottom,” after her disastrous 72-day marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries, adds the source.
