It’s crazy what a table flip can do to your career! It seems like the Real Housewives of New Jersey are everywhere these days. OK! recently caught up with Jersey girls as they promoted their limited time performances in the off-Broadway play, My Big, Gay Italian Wedding.

You could catch the Housewives working the stage, but it might be more fun to re-watch them being spoofed on a recent episode of South Park.

“To be better recognized on South Park, that’s history there so it’s amazing,” Caroline Manzo told OK!.

Teresa Giudice also enjoyed watching herself in cartoon form. When asked if being the butt of Jersey jokes ever bothered her, she told OK!, “I think they’re laughing with us.”

Teresa laughed and said that she was “flattered” when she heard that former housewife, Danielle Staub, wanted to dress as her for Halloween. When asked if she would ever consider dressing up as Danielle for the festive holiday, Teresa replied with a simple, “Um, no.”

Teresa is definitely enjoying her time on television. She said she “always wanted to be” on TV and that she would love to take a stab at Dancing With the Stars. But she seems to have her eyes set on a bigger project, a spin-off show for herself!

The mom of four said she  “ultimately” wants a show similar to The Real Housewives of New York City’s breakout star, Bethenny Frankel.

OK! recently had a chance to speak with Bethenny at the Trident Layers Gum Launch in Times Sqaure. When she heard about Teresa’s new idea, she told OK!, “Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. A lot of the housewives imitate what I’m doing and I wish them all luck in all of their endeavors.”

And it seems like the Housewives are a pretty ambitious bunch. Atlanta Housewife Nene Leakes is currently filming her spot on Celebrity Apprentice. And as far Housewives go, she doesn’t have much competition.

Bethenny and Caroline both explained to OK! why they would never want to work for Trump.

“Someone would have to be trying to be my apprentice. I’ve already proven that I’m a successful businessperson so I don’t really need to be auditioning to be someone else’s apprentice,” Bethenny explained.

Caroline just doesn’t want to hurt anyone. She told OK!, “I would probably kick Donald’s ass if he fired me.”
