It's one of the priciest homes in the area - but now that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof has filed for divorce from hubby Paul Nassif - she's put the lavish mansion up for sale for a whopping $26 million.
The couple's divorce has become acrimonious and Adrienne was awarded temporary custody of their three sons this week.
And now the division of assets begins and the 20,000 square-feet family home is one of the main things to be sold off as their nine-year marriage comes to an end.
The eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom house has indoor and outdoor dining rooms, large living areas and is set on two acres of land.
The new owner of the French chateau-style estate will also enjoy a swimming pool, home theater, tennis court, marble and exotic wood details and lush park-like grounds.
Adrienne and Paul bought the home in 2004 for $12.708 million.
And to keep it in the family - the home is being listed by fellow RHOBH star Mauricio Umansky who is married to Kyle Richards.
