Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Will Not Have an Awkward Run In at the VMA's
Everyone's waiting with bated breath for the inevitable Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart post-cheating scandal run-in, and unfortunately folks, it won't be next month at the MTV Video Music Awards.
While rumors abounded that the former lovers and Twilight co-stars would be forced to share breathing space on Sept. 6 in L.A., those who relish in the awkwardness will have to wait until the Twilight press tour later this fall.
Gossip Cop can confirm that Kristen will be fulfilling her press duties for On The Road at the Toronto International Film Festival, while RPatz might still sparkle for fans at the VMA's, although his people have yet to confirm or deny either way.
Meanwhile, Rob's been bravely soldiering on in NYC, attempting to promote Cosmopolis while adorably dodging questions about the split.
"You go into it to do movies. I've never been interested in trying to sell my personal life," Rob told Good Morning America yesterday. "It's totally exciting, but then at some point you've got to take a break."
