New photos of Macaulay Culkin surfaced today that reveal the actor looking shockingly thin. Fans are expressing concern for the Home Alone's star's health, but his rep has issued a statement saying there his health is fine.

Entertainment Tonight obtained exclusive photos of Macaulay out walking in NYC earlier this week. The 31-year-old actor was unshaven and looking very thin as he walked the streets dressed all in black and drinking a Red Bull.
Macaualay smiled for a photo with a fan and seemed to be in good spirits, but it is his weight that has his fans shocked and concerned.

However, ET reached out to Macaulay's rep who reassured fans that the star is healthy.
"Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health," the rep said.
