Venus Williams' Wimbledon Fashion Statement: Do You Dig Her White Jumper on the Court?

Venus Williams certainly looks like a goddess on the tennis court this week. The pro has been wearing a white romper with gold detail to her Wimbledon matches, and it proves not only is she an all-star athlete, but a fashion plate as well.

The five-time champion's white romper caused quite a stir at her matches on Monday and Tuesday and it wasn't only for her defeats of Akgul Amanmuradova of Uzbekistan in round one, or Kimiko Date-Krumm of Japan in round two.

It was her outfit!

The ensemble consisted of shorts, cutout sleeves and a triangle cut out across the back. The plunging V-neckline was jazzed up with a gold belt and zipper in the front.

According to the Huffington Post, Venus said of her outfit choice, "jumpers are very 'now,' as is lace."

"It's just kind of like a trendy dress. It's fun," she added.

Seeded just 23rd overall in the competition, the elder Williams sister has rolled into the All-England club with style.
