Video: Carrie Underwood Gives 12-Year-Old Fan His First Kiss on Stage At Her Show

Carrie Underwood has made a fan for life! The country singer was on tour in Louisville, Ky., and in the audience she spotted a young fan holding a sign asking her for his first kiss.

She called him on stage and had no problem making the kid's dream come true.

The 29-year-old asked his name and he replied Chase. He said he is 12 and she responded by saying her first kiss was when she was 14.

She then asked "How we going to do this?" and he said "lip to lip."

The crowd cheered and Carrie held his hand and told him to close his eyes. She smooched him on the lips and then gave him a hug saying, "there you go Chase!" AWWW!

After she turned to the audience laughing and said, "That's the only time that is ever going to happen!"

As if that wasn't enough, Carrie Tweeted a message to her fan and wrote, "Thanks, Chase, for the kiss and thanks Louisville for rocking so hard tonight! We had fun!"
