Orlando Bloom Gets Off, Jason Wahler Gets Time!

As of this morning, Jason Wahler of The Hills is residing in a significantly less-prestigious zip code than he's used to, spending his days in a Washington state jail. The reality star will be there for the next 30 days on a fourth-degree assault charge stemming from an incident at a Seattle hotel last April.

Meanwhile, hunky brit Orlando Bloom will not see any charges filed against him regarding the Oct. 12 car accident he was involved in that injured his two passengers in L.A. The reason? "Insufficient evidence," according to the D.A.'s office.
