The Hills' Elodie Otto: "Spencer Is Nuts!"

In the new issue of OK!, Elodie Otto, who had been heavily featured on MTV's reality hit The Hills until losing out on a much sought-after promotion to star Heidi Montag, speaks openly about her former co-stars, the scandal surrounding the show's level of "reality" and has some harsh words for Heidi's fiancé Spencer Pratt.

"I think Spencer is nuts!" Elodie, who is launching her own line of beauty and bath products called Jolie En Rose, confesses to OK!. "He has changed Heid so much... the only person she ever talks to is him. I think those two are infatuated with each other and themselves."

As for whether or not Spencer and Heidi's love is genuine, Elodie says, "Who knows? I feel like they'll do whatever they can to be in the spotlight and get publicity."
