CSI Miami’s Emily Procter doesn’t have to wait until she is in Miami to shop at her favorite store Intermix. She had quite the shopping spree at the Intermix in L.A., buying a sequined Elizabeth & James dress (the Olsen’s line), a pair of jeweled $1,000 Valentino pumps and a Robert Rodriguez metallic, black pencil skirt. Emily obviously shows her love for metallics and shopping!!

John Mayer enjoying his Monday night at Butter in NYC. Staying until about 3 a.m., John spent most of his time with a male friend but on occasion would step down from his table to dance.

Denise Richards was seen buying the Anlo Sydney boot cut jean at Mog and Rue in Encinitas, Calif.
