Though her contentious, he-said-she-said custody battle with estranged husband Charlie Sheen is playing out in front of the whole world, Denise Richards wants to make it clear that none of it will be addressed on her new E! reality show, Denise Richards: It's Complicated, which makes its debut next Monday.

"This show is not about Charlie at all," the Wild Things actress and mother of two young daughters tells Fox & Friends. "I don't say anything [on the show]. I don't even think we mention his name. It is not about him."

Also not mentioned on the reality show is Heather Locklear. Onetime BFFs, the two blonde bombshells had a infamous falling out around the same time each split from their husbands two years ago. Compounding the media speculation was the fact that Denise started dating Heather's ex, Richie Sambora; however, the 37-year-old says the Bon Jovi rocker was not the source of the demise of their friendship.

"Our friendship did not dissolve because of Richie," she says. "I met Heather through Charlie. Shortly after Charlie and I split, our friendship had dissolved. She had already filed for divorce, she was already involved with someone else when we got together. Richie and I remained friends. We were both vulnerable, going through a difficult divorce. It happened. I admit the timing was bad, but he's an amazing man."

The former Bond Girl also gave an update on her ex-boyfriend, who was arrested in March for a DUI with his 10-year-old daughter in the car.

"He's doing great. He's taking responsibility for that situation," she says. "He also lost his dad. He's doing good."
