Kim Cattrall Wants an SATC Sequel

The Sex and the City film hasn’t even premiered in New York City yet (it will tonight!), but Kim Cattrall is already looking toward the future.

“It was a blast to make and I hope we get to come back and make another,” Kim tells Extra.

While there hasn’t been a confirmation on a sequel, some of her co-stars are anticipating one, including Chris Noth.

"I imagine if it made a lot of money, they'd want one,” he said in March. “I don't know where Sarah [Jessica Parker] stands on that,” he says. “It's sort of up to her. I'm just riding her coattails!"

The movie opens this Friday, culminating months of press and promotion for Kim, Sarah, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis. But it’s not like the 51-year-old minded any of it.

“Last night, I got about three hours of sleep, but it’s also euphoria because it’s been so well received," Kim says. "The audience is so happy to see the girls back."

Should there be an SATC sequel?

Definitely!
