Now that Ugly Betty is moving to NYC, America Ferrera and her boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams are busy scouting apartments in the Big Apple.

The actress,24, is spending her summer hiatus looking for the perfect love nest, and it's no easy feat!

"She really loves the eco-friendly building that Leonardo DiCaprio lives in," a pal close to America tells OK!. "That's her top choice. She's very envrionmentally conscious."

Sources say the actress is excited to re-locate, but has been battling a case of the nerves, wondering whether people will like her.

"I'm just a little nervous how they're going to accept the show, since we'll be shooting on the streets, blocking the way," America recently said.

America might want to take a little advice from the Sex and the City girls!
