Rumor Mill: T.R. Knight to Wed?

Even though Grey's Anatomy star T.R. Knight recently told reporters that he and boyfriend Mark Cornelson are "not having a commitment ceremony, " multiple sources are telling OK! the couple have every intention of getting hitched.

According to the whispers going around Hollywood, the 35-year-old actor, who was forced to come out of the closet in October 2006 after some on-set drama on the hit ABC medical drama, could say "I do" to his 19-year-old beau as early as tonight. Additionally, insiders tell OK! that the ceremony itself will be at a trendy West Hollywood hotspot.

"It's going to be a big celebration," one insider says about the event.
