After four years together, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were finally wed on Saturday night in a private ceremony at the Beverly Hills home they share.

The event was attended by only a handful of the couple's closest friends and family. As Portia, 35, told OK! recently, she was flying in her mother Margaret from Australia for the occasion.

Both brides were dressed in Zac Posen — Portia in a pale pink dress and Ellen in an all-white suit — and exchanged rings designed by Neil Lane.

Shortly after the California Supreme Court released a ruling in May that recognizes same-sex marriages in the state, Ellen, 50, announced on her hit talk show that the couple would be walking down the aisle together.

When OK! caught up with Ellen at the Emmys in June, she joked that their wedding cake would be decorated with her numerous Emmy statues.

Portia's Ally McBeal co-star Lucy Liu recently shared her thoughts on the wedding news. "Portia's so wonderful and I think Ellen is super talented," she told OK!. "I think it's fantastic. I'm thrilled for them and I'm thrilled for the opportunity that they have to do that."
