Vanessa & Miley's Chaotic Concerts

All eyes were turned toward the VMA's last Sunday--all but two of Disney's biggest stars!

Vanessa Hudgens and Miley Cyrus proved they could cause just as much havoc of their own performing concerts for a good cause.  On Sunday afternoon, Hudgens performed songs from her latest album at the free Neutrogena concert in Santa Monica; Cheered on by none other than pal Hayden Panettiere and a record-breaking number of screaming fans.

Meanwhile on the East Coast, Miley helped raise funds for NYC's annual Fashion Rocks.  Cyrus and her mom stopped by the 1OAK greenroom for a quick costume change, almost knocking out Oscar winner Hilary Swank in the process!
