Joshua's new album spent some time atop the iTunes charts, only to be knocked out of #1 by Metallica. "It's definitely got more production," he explains of Simple Things. "This record I went after my ideal producer, this guy who did all the Elliot Smith records and Beck records, an amazing guy to work with and he had all these ideas so I kind of just sat back and said, 'This is your world, I already wrote the songs and as long as you can stay true to the songs, I trust you.' and I love the way that it came out."
