The Modern Family star stole the show at the 2012 Emmy Awards show in a teal-green, beaded, mermaid-esque Zuhair Murad gown, and despite a wardrobe malfunction (the back of her dress split right before going on stage), she was able to pull it together (and have it sewn up) to accept not only her Emmy, but her win for best dressed of the night!
