The time has come! Christopher Nolan's hotly anticipated finale to the Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises, hits theaters this Friday and the cast and crew rocked Manhattan last night for the NYC premiere at AMC Lincoln Square Theater.
Anne Hathaway wowed in a floor-length white Prabal Gurung gown, still sporting her Les Misérables pixie cut, while co-star Marion Cotillard looked pretty in Christian Dior Couture.
"Yeah, it's bittersweet, but I think though that Chris is such a good storyteller, if he says it's the right time to finish, it's the right time to finish," he said. "It's the only character I've played three times, and there's certainly a lot more stories that could be told. He's a really interesting character, but enough's enough. It's nice to leave when we're out on top instead of leaving people wanting less."
Co-stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hardy, Morgan Freeman and Gary Oldman also attended, with Chris Daughtry, Michelle Trachtenberg, Hailee Steinfeld, Zoë Kravitz, Hines Ward and son Jaden Ward.
