In the flick, Blake plays the kidnapped girlfriend of two pot dealers (Taylor Kitsch and Aaron Johnson). She was grabbed by a Mexican drug cartel.

"This movie was terrifying in so many ways — it’s so graphic, it’s so violent — and [my character] experiences such an arc,” she told Celebuzz.com last week. ”It’s challenging as an actor, and it’s also challenging as a person."

John Travolta co-stars as a corrupt DEA agent, while Salma Hayek and Benicio Del Toro represent the leaders of the Mexican cartel.
