Cannes got an even bigger scoop of A-list dazzle today when Brad Pitt appeared on the red carpet for his gangster film, Killing Them Softly.

The flick co-stars Ray Liotta and centers around a hitman, Brad, and his attempt to find and kill up-start mobsters. When asked if he was concerned with the overly violent nature of the flick, Brad told New York magazine that playing a racist would be "more unsettling" than a hired assassin. Interesting.
