Cameron Diaz debuted a fake baby bump in Atlanta on the set for What to Expect When You're Expecting on Tuesday. The actress looked like a yummy mummy in short black shorts and a tight blue tank top covering the prop pregnant stomach. For most mothers, a body like Cameron's is definitely not what they expect when they're expecting!
