David Arquette celebrates a year of sobriety with family and friends at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Jan. 5.

David Arquette celebrated one year of sobriety with ex-wife Courteney Cox, daughter Coco and other family members and friends at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, Calif., last night.

Joining the group were David's sisters, Patricia Arquette and Alexis Arquette (born Robert), who also came out to celebrate over dinner. 

David checked himself into treatment on January 1, 2011 for "alcohol and other issues." He and Courteney separated in October 2010, but have yet to file for divorce.
