Emma Stone stepped out in NYC last night to support her boyfriend Andrew Garfield, as well as his co-star Philip Seymour Hoffman, for the opening night of director Mike Nichols' take on Death of a Salesman on Broadway.
Also in attendance were a handful of the Big Apple's celebrity residents, including pregnant Maggie Gyllenhaal and her husband Peter Sarsgaard, Julianne Moore, Martin Short, Bill Hader, Rosie Perez, Julianna Margulies and Meryl Streep.
"Andrew Garfield makes an impressive New York stage debut as Biff," the Daily News reports. "Besides nailing a Brooklyn accent, he squeezes out every drop of poignancy as the conflicted and lost Loman son," adding, "Philip Seymour Hoffman portrays Willy with vivid and, mostly, assured and measured strokes." Great reviews, guys!
