Despite continuing to fight his ex, Halle Berry, over custody of their daughter, Nahla, Gabriel Aubry picked up his little girl from pre-school in West Hollywood yesterday.
Between fighting Halle and dealing with being taken to court by Nahla's nanny, times have been rough for the hunky model.

Gabriel, however, seems to be all about spending time with his little girl, even if he has to tote around her big purple stuffed animal, as well.
Things don't seem to be looking up for this family, as reports have surfaced that Halle is trying to move to Paris with Nahla and keep her away from her daddy.
