Mommy-to-be Hilary Duff has been keeping busy since announcing her pregnancy. On Thursday afternoon, she was spotted leaving a nail salon spa alongside big sister Haylie Duff in L.A. It appears the two spent some quality time together while pampering themselves with a mani-pedi!
