Not surprisingly, one of Canada's most successful exports — Justin Bieber — was a big winner last night at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Canada.
The Biebs picked up awards for International Video of the Year ("Boyfriend") and Fave Artist and was outshined only by his fellow Canadian contemporary, Carly Rae Jepson, whose hit, "Call Me Maybe," won Video of the Year, Fave Video and Most Watched Video of the Year.
Katy Perry, who showed up dressed a little like a superhero, won International Video of the Year ("Last Friday Night (TGIF)") and Fave International Artist.
"IM VERY PROUD OF @CARLYRAEJEPSEN 2nite! SHE WAS A SUPERSTAR!! PROUD OF YOU! CANADA STAND UP!" Justin tweeted last night.
Selena Gomez, Chord Overstreet, Lucy Hale, Perez Hilton, Cody Simpson, Ed Sheeran, Nelly Furtado and Rico Rodriguez also attended.
