Kanye West has certainly moved on from ex-girlfriend Amber Rose. The rapper shared a steamy kiss with a mystery blonde on the balcony of his hotel in Cannes, France yesterday. The couple shared a drink and enjoyed the view as well as a nice make-out session overlooking the gorgeous city!
The blonde looks like she could be model — as Kanye's dating roster usually includes a lineup of leggy blondes, and he has been linked to a number of Victoria's Secret models.
