Newlywed and first time mom-to-be Drew Barrymore stepped out for the premiere of Seeking a Friend for the End of the World during the Los Angeles Film Festival to support her pal, writer and director Lorene Scafaria.

Also in attendance were the film's stars Keira Knightley and Steve Carell, who were all smiles as they posed together on the red carpet.
