Martha Stewart Weddings has published pictures of the big day with one romantic shot of the newlywed couple's clasped hands.

It's also a glimpse of the custom made Marchesa gown described as a "cloud like silk tulle gown" with a "fitted bodice, illusion crystal beading on the shoulders, and rose-gold embroidery."

Her handsome husband said "I do" in a Burberry suit with custom leather suspenders.

"From the heartfelt ceremony to the fun-filled carnival hour and elegant reception, it was a truly enchanting celebration," Martha gushed about the nuptials that were only attended by 35 of their nearest and dearest.

"They wanted to celebrate in privacy - and in style. And while they remain protective of images of them on their most heartfelt occasion, they graciously let us share pictures of the elements we created together."

Being a complete foodie and an avid baker, the wedding menu was very important to the blushing bride and their guests weren't disappointed. They were treated to a selection of stunning deserts.

"The focal point was their vanilla and sour cream wedding cake with peach-apricot preserves and Earl Grey milk chocolate buttercream made by Maggie Austin Cake in Alexandria, Virginia," Wedding's style director Kate Berry said.
