Lindsay Lohan was ravishing in red at a photoshoot for Philipp Plein on Sunday when the actress lounged on a diving board in Bellagio, near Como, Italy for the designer's 2012 collection. Lindsay is following in Mischa Barton's footsteps as the celebrity face for the brand, but hopefully this will work out a bit better for LiLo than it did Mischa.
