Lindsay Lohan's Not Going to Jail; Judge Limits Number of Guests During Her House Arrest
Lindsay Lohan stormed back into court today in L.A., walking quickly past photographers to find out her fate after failing an alcohol test while under her house arrest. The result? She dodged going to jail once again! But poor Lindsay can't throw anymore house arrest parties. She's limited to one guest for the remainder of her house arrest.

At 9:46 a.m. PT, Lindsay arrived back at the court house, and a couple hours later she was let out.
According to TMZ, Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled Lindsay would not have to go to jail. The actresses' previous judge apparently only required controlled substances testing from Jan. 3 - Feb. 25.
So, it's okay she failed the alcohol test because she passed the drug test.

However, Lindsay didn't get off the hook completely.
Judge Sautner limited the number of guests she can have over during her house arrest to only one friend, in addition to family members.
No more house arrest parties for Lindsay.
