Maria Shriver Ditches Wedding Ring & Bonds With Bono Amid Arnold Schwarzenegger Scandal
Maria Shriver managed to crack a few smiles for the camera on Thursday while out to lunch with a friend in Beverly Hills. She was spotted without her wedding ring, moving forward with her separation from estranged husband Arnold Schwarzenegger, who shocked the world this month with his love child confession. Maria also took time to chat with U2 frontman Bono, who looked to be comforting the mom of four as she continues to grieve.
The Hollywood Gossip reports that Maria is doing her best to stay strong during this time and sought comfort in Bono's company.
"At one point, the rock star held her hand consolingly and patted her on the arm soothingly during a lunchtime get-together yesterday," the report says.
Maria and Bono reportedly had lunch at The Ivy, a known paparazzi hangout, so they weren't trying to hide themselves from the cameras.
They have reportedly worked on numerous charities together.
One thing's for sure, Bono had Maria smiling, which was nice to see!
