Former Saved by the Bell star Mario Lopez rang in his 38th birthday on Saturday night in Las Vegas with doting girlfriend Courtney Mazza by his side.
The Extra personality was all smiles as he posed for photos with the mother of his 1-year-old daughter Gia Francesca Lopez outside of Gallery Nightclub.
