Miley Cyrus left L.A. behind for a bit and jetted off to Miami Beach, Fla., last night, where she will be hitting the recording studio and working on some new music.

The singer and actress was escorted by her mom, Tish Cyrus, and sister Brandi Cyrus, as well as a new addition to her family, rescue puppy Happy.

But Happy isn't the only dog Miley took in recently — just this weekend she rescued another dog, this one named Mary Jane, bringing her total number of canines to five!
