Hollywood starlets Rumer Willis, Michelle Trachtenberg, Joanna Garcia and Jessica Szohr got all dolled up for the Charlotte Russe Fall 2009 Launch in NYC on July 15. They were joined by Ali Lohan, Dina Lohan and Christian Serratos.
New Gossip Girl star Joanna told OK! that she had become BFFs with Jessica since joining the cast.
