It's been over a month since it was revealed that Kristen Stewart had an affair with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

While Robert and Kristen have moved out of the home they shared together and Rupert's wife Liberty Ross has been out and about ring-less... Rupert is still wearing his wedding ring and is not ready to give up on his family quite so fast.

The director was spotted outside his home in Hollywood Hills, Calif., trying to wave off the paparazzi camped outside his house, Rupert even started to call the cops to get them to leave.
