Stars Bring Black Magic to the Big Apple for 'Harry Potter' Premiere
Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and Tom Felton looked absolutely magical at the premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 at Alice Tully Hall on Monday in NYC. Each star cast a stylish spell over onlookers as they rocked the red carpet in their dashing dark duds. Emma stole the show in her sleek Calvin Klein gown. Though Tom's new tan was a close runner-up.
"You Know Who" Ralph Fiennes also attended the premiere with a glass of red wine and his BFF Liam Neeson.
Others celebs in attendance included Madonna's daughter Lourdes Ciccone Leon, Olympic figure skater Johnny Weir, New York's first lady Sandra Lee and her daughter Michaela Cuomo, actress Melissa Joan Hart, singer Joey Fatone and his daughter Brianna, actress Viola Davis, model (and Emma's brother) Alex Watson, Matthew Broderick, Sarah Jessica Parker, their son James Wilkie and Glee star Darren Criss, who has a surprising HP connection of his own.
Darren, whose cover of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" made him an instant fan fave on the hit musical-comedy, achieved viral fame for a different kind of musical. In 2009, Darren and his friends put together a YouTube video "A Very Potter Musical" which has since become one of the most beloved Potter parodies on the web.
