Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and the members of Lady Antebellum were only a few of the celebs in attendance at the ceremony.

Kiwi-born country star Keith Urban put on a brave face as he walked the red carpet alongside his wife, Nicole Kidman.

Keith, who was honored at the event, was recently diagnosed with a growth on his vocal chords and will have to undergo surgery later this month.
