Even in the rain, Taylor Swift still looks adorable! The country singer linked arms with two of her friends and enjoyed some shopping in London on Tuesday.

Taylor was dressed mostly in black for the outing, but still looked stylish in a skirt and scarf. The ladies reportedly picked up some sweet treats from a chocolate shop before grabbing some lunch.
