It would not be an award show without a Justin Bieber cameo. The 17-year-old teen dream took the stage with Nicki Minaj last night at the 2011 BET Awards to present the award for Best Male Hip Hop Artist to Kanye West — who unfortunately wasn't present to accept his honor. But Nicki and Justin's banter certainly kept the audience very entertained as the duo got quite flirty during their stage time together!
Justin was surrounded by a swarm of female fans on stage and coyly told Nicki, "I'm all grown up now...Next year I'll be 18 so what's up?"

Her response: "Justin, do you drive?"
"Yes," he replied.
"Can you handle curves?" she then asked him with a sultry tone.
"Yes. I. Can," Justin responded confidently, to the delight of the audience.
Justin was as suave as ever on the green carpet at the annual award show held at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. Unfortunately there wasn't any Jelena red carpet PDA, as Justin's girlfriend Selena Gomez was not his date for the night's festivities.
Instead, The Biebs brought his manager/close pal Scooter Braun!
And how about his fashion statement? Justin has sported many fashion statements throughout his recent red carpet appearances — from black diamond earrings to a pink blazer paired with a Kelly Kapowski emblazoned Tee — the singing sensation is unparalleled when it comes to his expressive style!
Last night he sported an acid-wash denim vest (which had a vintage feel) along with a bright-colored pocket squared, black tee, sneakers and silver-ish pants!
Nicki and Justin even flirted a bit on stage! She asked him if he could drive and if he can handle curves.
