Zac Efron & Jessica Biel Heat Up NYC at 'New Year's Eve' Premiere

Despite the rain, the stars of New Year's Eve premiered their film on Wednesday in NYC.

Some of the big stars were missing on the carpet, but Zac Efron and Jessica Biel more than made up for it.
Zac didn't exactly have a smile on his face, but the handsome actor was looking extra hot in a cute winter scarf. Jon Bon Jovi kicked it up a notch wearing a bright red one, while Robert De Niro stayed serious in black.
Jessica may have stolen the spotlight, however, in her sheer sparkly dress that may have even outdone style expert Sarah Jessica Parker!

Young stars Abigail Breslin and Jake T. Austin were all dressed up for the event, but it was their big smiles that really stood out.
