A-listers Get Gussied Up for 'Glamour' Women of The Year Awards
Summer finally came to London Tuesday at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards when a myriad of A-listers whipped off their Wolfords to expose acres of super-toned, expertly preened pins. Zoe Saldana, MaxMara’s new "Face of the Future," swept down the red carpet in a breathtaking black lace creation by Parisian label Vionnet rumored to cost $8,000!
Meanwhile, Kelly Rowland worked this season’s body-con trend in a Preen number and Up In The Air sensation, Anna Kendrick, gave good leg in Gianfranco Ferré with Jimmy Choo boots.
But it was burgeoning style icon Nicole Richie who stole the show, wearing a pink satin floor length gown that she had designed herself, her hair artfully tousled and flowing.
The evening was not only a sartorial triumph for the mother of two, she also picked up a gong for entrepreneur of the year for her fashion line, Winter Kate.
Other celeb spottings included, Sex and The City star Jason Lewis, who was on-hand to present British songstress Cheryl Cole with the coveted Woman of The Year Award.
Later in the evening Nick Jonas, who is in town rehearsing for his stint in Les Miserables, put in an appearance.
